The Ethnicraft coffee table is exceptional. I am very pleased with the purchase and 4 Living were so helpful in managing the delivery.

Ethnicraft Oak Bok Bench.

I ordered another bench instead of ordering 4 chairs. I was so happy with the existing long bench and the large tables, I wanted to have clear lines. Lucy was instrumental in helping me make that decision.

Overall great product, design and quality but above all great customer service for the most important furniture. To buy this without seeing the table and bench was a huge risk.

I have purchased for my new barn in Norfolk. Really happy.

We purchased an Ethnicraft teak dining table from 4 Living and are delighted with it. It is solidly made and very striking.

The 4 Living team were very good at keeping us informed re: delivery timings etc. and the delivery team were very personable and helpful.

Great company! All my emails and queries were answered promptly and delivery was quicker than expected with super communication throughout. The table and bench were assembled and all the rubbish removed as well. Very happy with our beautiful Ethnicraft table!

I bought the Ethnicraft Bok table & chairs and I must say it looks even nicer than it does on the pictures. The quality of the table and the chairs is excellent and the chairs are so comfortable to sit on.

The service I received when placing my order was excellent too and the communication received while waiting for my order to arrive was spot on.

Although I had to wait a little longer than the anticipated timescale for delivery due to COVID, my emails for an update were answered promptly. The delivery guys were polite and friendly and placed the furniture where I asked while maintaining a safe COVID distance and when I unpacked the items, which were perfectly protected for transportation, I was delighted at the quality of the Ethnicraft shadow 3 door sideboard and the large Twist side table. They have transformed my dining area. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Excellent customer service from my initial enquiry about how soon the item could be delivered to the actual delivery itself. Excellent communication throughout and a super smooth process. Our new Ethnicraft TV media unit is a lovely piece of furniture.

Ordered before Xmas. Company advised me straight away they couldn't supply until after Xmas and offered to cancel the order. I didn't. Table arrived on date promised. Very well packed. Easy to attach legs. Looks exactly as expected. I'm delighted and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

4living are easy to deal with and have delivered excellent furniture. Delivery was a little longer than expected. There was also a mix up on the day of delivery but this was sorted out quickly and the delivery guys were careful when they brought the furniture into the house.

The cabinets are very good quality, sturdy and of contemporary design. A lot of storage enhanced by the drawers half way down the cabinet.

From prior to the placing of the order to the ordering and delivery, Roger was absolutely wonderful in communicating and resolving any issues that arose and both he and his staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

We were also very impressed with the care and attention displayed by the company's couriers when they arrived, not only in how they took care of the Oak Glazed Dresser, but also in making sure they did not scuff or mark our kitchen tiled floor by laying rugs across the floor when they delivered the dresser.

Very helpful support from 4 Living. The sideboard arrived in the stated lead time. Delivery company kept me informed of progress on day of delivery. I would recommend 4 Living - I will certainly be talking to them in the new year about a full set of dining furniture.

Purchased 2 large and very heavy solid oak Ethnicraft 'Burger' sideboards. We are delighted with them. Beautifully made contemporary solid oak pieces. Delivery was swift and the delivery crew were fantastic. Very helpful and despite the extremely heavy items, they unpacked them and positioned them exactly where I wanted. They deserve a van with an automatic platform to help out please! Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Will definitely be shopping here again and would highly recommend.

Solid oak furniture is beautiful and truly solid. It is also very heavy which the delivery guys struggled with. It also made it difficult to unwrap and move furniture into correct position but was worth it for the lovely furniture. The oak veneer bedroom furniture is not as solid and feels slightly more flimsy but still good looking furniture.

Would highly rate my experience with 4 living. Great service and arrived quicker than I expected. Really am a fan of the solid oak Ethnicraft range - would like to see some more items available such as console table, nest of tables etc. to add to my collection.

I purchased 2 polo divani leather sofas and some Ethnicraft walnut furniture. 4living were very helpful in the selection, had an excellent knowledge of the product - and a good display considering their relatively small showroom.

I required the items shipped to the Channel Islands and they handled all aspects of the transaction, including delivery, in a very professional manner. The products were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I have no reservations at all, and happily recommend them as a reliable, professional and high quality organisation.
