Delivery
Once you have ordered your items we will contact you to arrange a date (This is usually within 35 days for larger items and often quicker for small items such as clocks. Custom made items such as sofas may take 6-8 weeks. Please see your approximate delivery time on the product page on our website. If there is any significant change to your approximate delivery date we will let you know) and provide a 2-3 hour AM or PM slot for your delivery. We will deliver your furniture Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 and will advise you whether we will be with you AM (before 13:00) or PM (after 13:00).
Please also note the following. An adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the products, to sign and to acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defects should be reported to us immediately on +353 (1) 9643005. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture products you have ordered will fit into the room for which they are intended, that they will fit through all access points to the room, and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.
FREE Delivery across Ireland and on All Orders.
4 Living offers FREE standard (two-man) delivery to Irish mainland addresses on all retail purchases. Assembly of items is also available for an additional fee. Deliveries to other EU mainland countries will incur a small charge and will be a one man service to the front door.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. All items (except made to order sofas, arm chairs and non-standard size mattresses) have FREE returns so should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will arrange the collection for you free of charge (Ireland and EU mainland). We will be happy to fully refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery however returns will only be FREE within the first 7 days. If your request is outside of this time frame, your return will incur an additional charge. Returns can be made no later than 14 days after delivery.
If we find that an unwanted product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
Unwanted Purchases of Furniture
To avoid unnecessary returns especially of large furniture items please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering furniture to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs.
